Our Directors, Mark & Paul Peachman are Full members of The Association of British Investigators
The Association of British Investigators is endorsed by The Law Society of England & Wales
The Association of British Investigators can trace its foundations back to 1913. From then on The Association has developed to become the leading body of its type in the UK and certainly one of the most prominent and influential Trade Associations worldwide.
Mark and Paul Peachman have been prominent within The Association for over 25 years. Mark is a past President of The Association (1993) and currently serves on the Governing Council. In 2010, he received the Frank Martin Award, in recognition of his services to The Association.
Paul has also served on the Governing Council and continues to be the Disciplinary Secretary. He was honoured with the award of “Investigator of the Year” for 1996/1997.

Between them, our Directors, Mark and Paul Peachman have over 50 years experience working within the law; both in terms of litigation support and enforcement.
Although Mark and Paul are not qualified lawyers, The Institute recognised their extensive “hands on” experience and granted them membership. This entitles our Directors to use the title “Certified Paralegal”.
Paralegal is essentially a default term used to describe a huge variety of non-lawyers who do legal work.
The Institute is the only body representing professional paralegals in the whole of the UK to have been granted Institute status by the UK government.
